Dowald takes care for the professional training of it’s staff and regularly offers apprenticeship training positions:

The practical training takes place at the factory at Dippoldiswalde and the theoretical training at a training center near the place of residence in Dresden area.
Our requirements
Minimum requirement is a certificate of secondary school with good marks in mathematics, German and physics. Furthermore good knowledge in mathemartics and geometry, spatial sense and manual skill are necessary.

Varied taks in our commercial administration or in the production of of parts for hydraulics and railway vehicles.
